Tell me what you're building.
Twenty minutes, no deck, no commitment. We’ll see if it’s a fit before anyone signs anything. If it isn’t, I’ll point you toward someone who is.
No CRM. No drip. No pitch.
Three doors, same operator.
Just an email, please.
You've got a question, a quick gut-check, a "would you ever look at this?" Drop a line. I usually reply same day.
Book the 20-min chat.
You've got something specific. We cover scope, fit, timeline, and a fixed-price proposal in twenty minutes flat.
DMs are open.
For half-formed thoughts and "saw this thing — what do you think?" pings. LinkedIn for work, X for everything else.
Things people ask before they email.
01 What does the 20-min chat actually involve?
You explain what you’re building. I ask three to five questions. We cover scope, fit, timeline, and rough cost. No pitch, no upsell. If it’s a fit, you get a one-page proposal within 48h. If not, I point you elsewhere.
02 Do you take retainers or just project work?
Both, but retainers only after the first project. I want us to have shipped something together before either of us commits to ongoing. Typical retainer is 10–20 hours/month.
03 What's your typical project size?
Sweet spot is $5k–$50k, 2–6 weeks. Smaller and bigger both happen — I’ve shipped $1.5k audits and $80k builds. The shape matters more than the budget.
04 Do you work with agencies, or just direct?
Both. Agency work is usually as a specialist contractor on PM or automation. Direct work is end-to-end. Either way, it’s still me — no team behind the scenes.
05 Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, send yours over. I also have a one-page mutual NDA if you don’t have one. Mutual NDAs get signed same-day.
06 Can you start this week?
Sometimes. Audits and small builds — usually yes. Larger engagements queue 2–4 weeks out. Current availability is in the dot at the bottom of every page.
